So in the world of today:
- A Muslim was killed in Boston by an anti-terror task force.
- The FBI was found to have been conducting airplane surveillance of many American cities.
- A study found that teens are less religious today than any in the past 6 decades.
- The death toll in the Indian heat wave is at 2330.
- Crime across the country is on the rise.
- El Salvador had 635 murders this last month.
- Obama said that congress needs to be more transparent.
- A poll found 84% of Americans believe that big money has too much control in elections.
- Obama signed the ‘Freedom Act.’
This week was quite fun for me because I got to portray the main antagonist in a Reader's Theater called 'Priscilla Pringle's Predicament/All's Swell That Ends Swell' that Playgoers of Lethbridge put on at Lethbridge Whoop-Up Days 2017. The story was written by Ed Bayly, a truly wonderful individual. Doing the performances all week reminded me of how much I love participating in theater.
