Seeking Employment Requires Creativity

Creative hiring as spelled out in, the Wall Street Journal article, To Find Best Hires, Firms Become Creative is not as creative as I imagined that it will discuss. Using personality surveys and other tools is effective and more professional, but I would not call it creative. Hiring people without these tools is not creative, but I would not call using tools of effective hiring methods creative. Soup and Company's method of hiring was creative.

There is a higher standard of efficiency in business insomuch that getting hired for a job is actually a skill. Businesses are looking for people that fit their company; therefore, one can't give out your resume to random companies, expecting them to respond favorably. One needs to apply themselves to their careers as creative as the companies hiring to be employed.

'Telling the Truth' by Lesego Mholo

I'd rather be hurt by you telling me the truth than lies. Keep deceiving people and think they don't know. One day it will catch up with you. The truth hurts when its contrary to what your made to believe. In one way or another lies always catch up with us, our consciousness doesn't let us lie for too long. “Let Go Off That Branch”

Once upon a time there was a man sitting on the top of a mountain, enjoying the gentle spring breeze and the beautiful scenery, including the tree and the rock that was behind him. Suddenly a strong gust of wind blew him off the mountain, and while falling he saw a branch sticking out so he grabbed it.
